The Isabella Work Station (part of the Tofte Ranger District) is located on MN Hwy 1 on the western side of the small town of Isabella. From Duluth, drive northeast on MN Hwy 61, then turn right at MN Hwy 1, just past Silver Bay. Isabella is approximately 82 miles, or one and three quarter hthes, from Duluth. Note that there is no gas available in Isabella.
