The Olsen Canyon Trail #5426 (Arapeen Route #25) is 2.3 miles long. This trail is accessed from a road crossing State of Utah land from the Twelve-Mile Canyon Road at about the end of the asphalt. The trail is steep, rutted, rocky, and narrow. It connects to the Clear Creek Road #50159 making it possible to travel in several different directions. It travels through pinyon/juniper, oak and into small patches of white fir with some aspen. Difficulty Level: More Difficult

From Mayfield, turn east onto Canyon Rd and travel 1.8 miles. Turn right at South Hollow Road and continue 0.2 miles. Take a slight left and travel 1.2 miles to the Forest Boundary and Olsen Canyon Trail.
