Trailhead providing access to National Forest land on the western side of the northern Bridgers.  No facilities are located at the end of the road and there are no maintained trails. OHV riding and hiking are available on trails in the area.

Directions

From Bozeman drive 2 miles north on 7th Avenue (West Frontage Road) to Springhill Road. Turn right at the light.  Heading north on Springhill Road, travel approximately 18 miles on Springhill Road (Springhill Road becomes Rocky Mountain Road at 11.3 miles when the pavement ends). Turn right around mile 18 to Johnson Canyon Trailhead.  Trailhead is approximately two miles up the road on Forest Road #6930. If you get to Pass Creek School and head towards Flathead Pass you have gone too far.
