Developed by the Washington Department of Natural Resources in the early 70's, this system of one-way forest trails has some nicely maintained singletrack. All of the trails are marked and rated and form long and twisty loops. The main staging area has spacious, level gravel parking, restrooms and some pleasant picnic sites. Overnight parking is not permitted but Dougan Creek Campground is about 20 miles east which has some really nice sites (tent only) and popular swimming holes.
