Summary


Copper Basin Dunes OHV Area boasts over 1,200 acres of open area with a variety of desert trails, powerline roads, and some isolated sand dunes. The dunes offer some nice views of the river but you cannot ride all the way to the water. There is no camping, and no day use amenities such as picnic tables or shade. Lodging can be found at the RV resort directly accross the road, which also has a small market, boat ramp and some nice waterfront camping. Reservations are recommended for all resorts and campgrounds in the area.
