This is a very busy trail with 4x4s. There are no trees, shade or amenities, but is very close to Pyramid Lake and has a handful of desert trails suitable for any beginner. Mullen Creek mainly consists of sandy jeep trails and short makeshift motocross loops with some berms and small rockers. Primitive camping is permitted, and the area is reasonably accessible to RVs and large trailers.
