Bulldog Canyon OHV Area

AKA: Dome Mountain, Orophi Mountains, Pass Mountain, Goldfield Mountains, Salt River, Tonto National Forest, Mesa Ranger District

Summary


A gate combination code and a permit is required to access the area, which can be obtained online or in person from the Tonto National Forest. The permit is free. Bulldog Canyon is mainly a 4x4 Jeep playground. There are rocky desert trails with some great scenery. The south staging area has a play pit with numerous trails and with interesting terrain for ATVs and motorcycles.
