Barker Meadow OHV Trail

AKA: Blackwood Canyon, Barker Pass, Tahoe National Forest, Blackwood Creek, Ellis Peak Trail, Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit

Summary


The loop goes through a forest and lovely meadows. The route is suitable for motorcycles, ATVs and specialized 4x4s in certain areas. Many 4x4 vehicles may not be able to make the entire loop. The trail exits onto the McKinney/Rubicon Trail. Precautions: All meadows are environmentally sensitive areas and vehicles must stay on roads and trails. Off-road travel is not permitted.
