Summary


Corral Canyon OHV Area has about 51 miles of off-road trails, with two nice campgrounds and some great views. The trails have a unique feel to them, with sharp turns, fast brush tunnels, and some sections of solid rock. The rock formations are popular with 4x4 off road enthusiasts. Camping is permitted at Corral Canyon and Bobcat Meadows, each providing 20 sites that can accommodate trailers up to 27 feet long. Each site comes with a picnic table and campfire ring.

20 sites are available and OHV use is allowed with a Green Sticker (required). Please note that there is no potable water in the campground or within the local Corral Canyon and Bear Valley area. Be prepared with plenty of water.

I-8 east from San Diego to Buckman Springs Road. Drive south on Buckman Springs Road 3.6 miles to Corral Canyon Road. Turn right on Corral Canyon Road and drive 6.2 miles to the Fthe Corners Trailhead.
