Cold Springs Station

AKA: Reese River Valley, Washington Canyon, Santiago Canyon, Cottonwood Canyon, Big Creek Canyon, Coldsprings

Summary

Cold Springs Station has hundreds of miles of desert trails in all directions that range from easy loose gravel roads to rugged terrain with steep climbs and descents. The old abandoned mining town called Wonder lies to the west, large lake beds can be found in the east and the best preserved Pony Express Station can be found just a few miles south. The trails to the south take you over a two small mountain range into the Reese River Valley. On the other side of the valley are Washington, Santiago, Cottonwood and Big Creek canyons. Expect to stay a few days to explore the entire area.
