Summary


Over 350 miles of ATV and OHV roads make up the Arapeen OHV Trail System. Beautiful forest scenery, well maintained trails, multiple staging opportunities and fairly moderately challenging terrain make this a great place to take friends or family. Occasionally ATV jamborees will host their rides along Arapeen OHV Trail System. There are numerous campgrounds that provide direct trail access. Potters Pond, Indian Creek and Joe's Valley Campground are among the many campgrounds that have direct access and reservations can be made by calling (877) 444-6777.

Trail Information: Reeder Trail

AKA: add an alternate name

The Reeder Trail #5091 (Arapeen Route #5) is 8.8 miles in length and provides a popular connection between Joes Valley Reservoir and Forest Road #50054 just off South Skyline Drive.  For most of its length it passes through mixed conifer and aspen vegetation before reaching open meadows near Skyline Drive. Difficulty Level:  More Difficult

This loop ride is 35 miles long and begins at the Reeder Staging Area for OHVs less than 50 inches wide.  From the Staging Area travel north onto Reeder Trail #5091 (Arapeen Route #5) for approximately 8.8 miles to Reeder Ridge Road #50054 (still Arapeen #5).  Turn left (west) and travel for approximately 0.6 miles to Skyline Drive #50150 (Arapeen Route #1).  Turn left (south) and travel for approximately 8.3 miles to Ephraim-Orangeville Road (Arapeen Route #56).  Turn left (east) and travel for approxima
