Little Apache Trail

AKA: Lincoln National Forest, Sacramento Ranger District, Silver Campground, Silver Overflow Campground, Cloudcroft, Little Apache Canyon, Sacramento Mountains

Summary


This part of the Lincoln National Forest has a small trail system that is open to motorcycles, hiking, mountain bikes and horseback riding. The trail forms a loop that begins at Silverwood Campground and ends at the Silver Overflow Campground. Little Apache Trail has four campgrounds; Silverwood, Saddle and Apache can accommodate trailers up to 30 feet long while larger vehicles can camp at the Silver Overflow Campground which has no length limit. During the summer months live music is normally performed on Saturday nights at the on site amphitheater.
